Marilyn Jones founded Unlimited Visions Behavioral Health Institute (UVBHI) in 1996. She is a native
Houstonian, born and raised in Sunnyside, Houston, and is described as a mother, grandmother,
humanitarian, innovator, and visionary.
As a person in long-term recovery, Marilyn transformed her struggle with addiction into a calling to
help the Houston, Baytown, and Pasadena communities eradicate substance use disorders. Ms.
Jones’ transformational leadership style has impacted not only her employees, participants, and the
community, but also Texas.
Through UVBHI, Marilyn and her team of highly-trained professionals strive daily to engage the
community, actively equip participants to recover, and offer multiple educational services.
Today, Marilyn serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Visionary for UVBHI. Her ideas continue to
influence many and serve thousands. She is proof that a vision for a business can become a reality
with spirituality, determination, and passion.
When she is not spending time with her beloved mother, daughters, and extended family, she is
actively working on the next vision God has bestowed upon her.
