Individualized Prevention Plans

These engagements also known as contacts are led by our prevention specialists. They are designed to open up the conversation to individuals, families, schools, and other organizations impacted by the ongoing presence and pressure of substance abuse.

Youth Prevention Indicated (YPI)

We connect one-on-one with younger generations throughout the community, discussing both the short and long-term benefits of abstaining from alcohol and drugs.

Youth Prevention Selective (YPS)

These lessons are led by our prevention specialists. They are designed to open up the conversation to individuals, families, schools, and other organizations impacted by the ongoing presence and pressure of substance abuse.

Recovery Support Services (RSS) & Youth Recovery Community (YRC)

Individual and group therapy for young people and adults are available in person and through teleconnection.

Who?: A short term counseling program that helps with mental health intervention in low income communities.

Why?: Short- term counseling that addresses problems, such as depression, anxiety, legal

issues, financial concerns, job transitions, grief, stress, relationship issues, and more.

Where?: The location of the services will be provided (Can be virtual, face to face, or hybrid)
